Brilliant Midnight Community Art Show
The Lake Placid Public Library wants your art that showcases the light, dark, and shadows to bring our community together this winter. We welcome artists to submit paintings, photography, fiber art, sketches, collage/mixed media, and sculpture, but if you have something that isn’t on this list, please send it our way for consideration. The Lake Placid Public Library‘s community art show is just that–a place for varied creative voices in the depths of our North Country winter. Established and emerging artists are encouraged to submit their work.
To submit your work for consideration, please fill out the online submission form and include:
- Digital image of your work
- 100-200 word artist statement
- Dimensions of your work
- Media type (example: painting, photograph, film, sculpture, textile, etc.)
- If this artwork has been shown before, please include when and where it was shown (example: Lake Placid Center for the Arts, July-August 2023)
