The Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System Automation and Technical Services Department consists of:
Betsy Brooks – Ext. 35, bbrooks@cefls.org – Librarian III, Head of the Automation and Technical Services Department
The department head is available as a consultant on technology in general, and to provide automation software training and training for staff and patrons on digital resources, answer questions related to cataloging, the e-rate process, the automation system, the library system website, and statistical reports for library management and the annual report.
Anja Bouchard – Ext. 14, abouchard@cefls.org – Librarian II
The technical services and automation librarian can assist with cataloging, interlibrary loan, and information resources for the public, especially in the areas of emergency preparedness, health, and addiction prevention and treatment.
Kim Latour – Ext. 16, klatour@cefls.org – Principal Library Clerk
The automation and technical services clerk is available to answer questions and provide training in cataloging, interlibrary loan, book ordering and processing, and the Empire statewide delivery system.
